Given the developing situation with the Covid-19 virus Lexus Ireland would like to reassure customers with the following update.

In these unprecedented times, the health and safety of our customers and retailer staff are paramount above everything else. Following the decision (March 24th) by the Government to close all non-essential businesses, all Lexus Retailers will close their sales showrooms for all face to face visits effective immediately. However we ask our customers to now carry out all sales conversation over the phone or by e-mail. To arrange collection of any new or used car that is already purchased, please contact your salesperson for alternative arrangements.

We recognise the importance of helping people stay mobile in these times of uncertainty and want to assure customers that we are able to assist with urgent cases at this time. So, if you have an immediate issue with your car, please contact one of our retailers and we will do our best to help you. If your car is due a scheduled service, we ask if we can defer this for a few weeks until normality resumes. Don’t worry, this won’t cause you any issues and we will be happy to accommodate you in the future – even if it’s a few weeks late.

We really look forward to the return to normal business, but for now we keep a safe distance. During this period Lexus Ireland and our retailers are closely following the Irish government and HSE advice on hygiene with detailed cleaning routines in place where a vehicle repair visit is required.
