It’s important – that’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty covering three years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first). And there’s no mileage limitation in the first year. Your warranty also covers:
- Three years against paint defects
- Twelve years against bodywork perforation
- Free recovery to our nearest retailer or service centre
EURO ASSISTANCE 24
WHEREVER YOU ARE, WHEREVER YOU NEED TO BE
Should you ever need help, our European assistance programme is there for you, wherever you are in Europe. Wherever you need to be, we will do our very best to get you there. Euro Assistance 24 operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 52 weeks a year. It includes:
- Arranging hotel accommodation in an emergency
- Sending a Lexus driver should you be unable to drive
- Organising roadside assistance if necessary

KEEPING YOU CONNECTED
Bluetooth® telephone connectivity allows you to easily connect a compatible mobile phone with your Lexus, wirelessly. To be compatible, your phone must have Bluetooth® and Hands-Free-Profile (HFP).

TAKATA AIRBAG RECALL
As part of Lexus’s commitment to quality and safety, Lexus is expanding these recalls involving certain Takata airbag inflators in vehicles.
At Lexus, the safety of our customers is our number one priority, which is why we continually monitor the performance of our vehicles through a number of sources. If we become aware of a certain component or aspect of our vehicles that doesn’t meet our strict standards we will take appropriate action, as we have done in this instance.
