Fuel consumption and CO2 emissions

All fuel consumption and CO2 values quoted on this website are measured in a controlled environment, in accordance with the requirements of Directive 80/1268/EEC incl. its amendments, on a basic production vehicle. For further information about or if you are interested to buy a basic production vehicle, please contact your local Lexus Authorised Retailer. The fuel consumption and CO2 values of your vehicle may vary from those measured. Driving behaviour as well as other factors (such as road conditions, traffic, vehicle conditions, installed equipment, load, number of passengers, ...) play a role in determining a car's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

Use of "cookie" technology

TME uses cookie technology to allow TME to trace the paths followed by you to the Lexus site, to help TME in registering user activity at the Lexus site and to evaluate and improve the Lexus site, in order to make it more useful to you. TME does not register information on individual users, through this technology, so no information about you in particular will be kept or used. Please note that you can set your browser not to accept cookies or warn you in case cookies are sent.

Lexus Chase Competition Terms & Conditions

Entry:

To enter the competition, you must register for a test drive at your local Lexus dealership before Wednesday 7th December 2011.
One winner will be chosen at random from the names of people that register for a test drive on Thursday 8th December 2011.
The winner will be notified by phone/email no later than Friday 9th December 2011.
The winner and all nine of their guests that attend the event must be over 18. No admittance to anyone under the age of 18.

Prize:

The competition prize is a luxury hospitality package for ten people at the Lexus Chase in the Leopardstown Pavillion on Wednesday 28th December 2011.
The prize will include a mulled wine reception, a three-course lunch and a complimentary race-day programme for all (ten) attendees.

Competition:

Lexus Ireland (“The Promoter”) does not accept any liability for loss or damages incurred, or responsibility for any claim, as a result of acceptance of this prize. Specific dates cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
Winners will treat all facilities and locations involved in the prize with respect and any damage to property will be charged to them.
All elements of this prize are non transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for travel / health insurance matters or accidents / fatalities.
The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
The Promoters employees and those of any of its associated companies or dealerships, employees of any agencies connected with this Promotion and the owners and employees of participating outlets/ premises will not be eligible to enter.
Entry into this competition shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
The competition is open to entry by residents of the Republic of Ireland only aged 18 years or over with a full, clean drivers license.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
