LFA IMPRESSES AT GOODWOOD
July 3-4-5 2009, Lexus was proud to take part in the world famous Festival of Speed at Goodwood earlier this summer. Huge crowds flocked to the 3 day event to see the greatest competition cars and star drivers from all eras in action. And despite some rain, the festival was once again a huge success.
A group of respected European motoring journalists were invited by Lexus to drive the LFA prototype in full race trim on both the race circuit and renowned hillclimb. The response to the V10 powered supercar concept was overwhelmingly positive. Spectators thrilled to the deafening roar as the free revving LFA powered up the hill and journalists praised its impressive power-to-weight ratio and phenomenal performance potential.
