Lexus tops customer satisfaction survey
Lexus was recently voted the top brand for customer satisfaction in the UK. This was the finding of a survey carried out by a renowned research organisation and published in one of the UK’s leading motoring magazines.
This is the 10th successive year that Lexus has received this accolade. The RX had the distinction of being the top-ranked model, with the IS placed 3rd overall. Both vehicles came top of their respective categories for the 2nd year running.
Although the research was carried out in the UK, it is clear that the quality of the Lexus brand and its retailers is evident across the whole of Europe.
